But Iran's urban planning mechanism and consequently Rasht’s planning mechanism, which continue to deal with citizens as the same and neglect differences in age, sex, ethnicity, religion, physical ability and thus differences in their needs in city. The purpose of this study is to evaluate urban environment quality of Rasht from the diversity-oriented urban planning perspective and respond to needs of diverse social groups. Self-regulated questionnaires were used to collect data and one-sample t-test and structural equation modeling in SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data. One-sample t-test results show that quality of the city's environment in terms of indicators such as safety and security, public facilities, employment, public transportation, outdoor spaces and public buildings is below average in response to the needs of all four social groups. Also, the results of structural equation modeling show that the indicator of public facilities has the greatest impact on quality of urban environment for women and children and the three indicators of public transportation, outdoor spaces and public buildings have the greatest impact on quality of urban environment for the disabled and the elderly. Therefor there is a need to shift from the current assimilative approach to diversity-oriented urban planning approach to incorporate diversities and differences in urban policy-making and planning processes.}, keywords = {Diversity-Oriented Urban Planning,Social Group,Environment quality,indicator,Rasht}, title_fa = {ارزیابی کیفیت محیط شهر رشت از دیدگاه برنامه‌ریزی شهری تنوع‌گرا (با تأکید بر چهار گروه اجتماعی زنان، توان‌خواهان، سالمندان و کودکان)}, abstract_fa = {بسیاری از سازوکارهای برنامه‌ریزی شهری جهان با پذیرش تنوع و گوناگونی ساکنان شهری به‌سوی به‌کارگیری رویکردهای تنوع‌گرا و گنجاندن تنوع‌ها و تفاوت‌ها در فرایندهای برنامه‌ریزی شهری تغییر مسیر ‌داده‌اند، اما سازوکار برنامه‌ریزی شهری کشور ایران و به‌تبع آن ‌شهر رشت در سایۀ تفکرات مدرنیسم همچنان با شهروندان به‌صورت نوعی واحد برخورد می‌کنند و تفاوت‌های سنی، جنسیتی، قومی‌-نژادی، مذهبی، تفاوت در توانایی جسمی و درنتیجه تفاوت در نیازهای شهروندان در شهر را در نظر نمی‌گیرند. هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی کیفیت محیط شهر رشت از دیدگاه برنامه‌ریزی شهری تنوع‌گرا و پاسخگویی به نیازهای فضایی متفاوت چهار گروه‌ اجتماعی زنان، توان‌خواهان، سالمندان و کودکان است. این مطالعه از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-‌تحلیلی است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS استفاده‌ شده است. بر پایۀ نتایج آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای، کیفیت محیط این شهر از نظر شاخص‌های ایمنی و امنیت، امکانات و خدمات عمومی، اشتغال، حمل‌ونقل عمومی، فضاهای بیرونی و ساختمان‌های عمومی در پاسخ به نیازهای هر چهار گروه اجتماعی پایین‌تر از سطح متوسط است. نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان می‌دهد شاخص «امکانات و خدمات عمومی» با ضرایب مسیر 382/0 و 443/0 بیشترین تأثیر را در کیفیت محیط شهر برای زنان و کودکان دارد. همچنین دو شاخص‌ «حمل‌ونقل عمومی» و «فضاهای بیرونی و ساختمان‌های عمومی» با ضرایب مسیر 423/0 و 298/0 بیشترین تأثیر را در کیفیت محیط شهر برای سالمندان و سه شاخص‌ «فضاهای بیرونی»، «ساختمان‌های عمومی» و «حمل‌ونقل عمومی» با ضرایب مسیر 324/0، 279/0 و 278/0 بیشترین تأثیر را در کیفیت محیط شهر برای توان‌خواهان دارند. تحلیل‌ها نشان می‌دهد برای دستیابی به محیط شهری تنوع‌گرا و همه‌شمول، گذار از رویکرد یکسان‌نگر فعلی به رویکرد تنوع‌گرا و گنجاندن تنوع‌ها و تفاوت‌ها در فرایندهای سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی شهری ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {برنامه‌ریزی شهری تنوع‌گرا,شاخص,شهر رشت,کیفیت محیط,گروه‌ اجتماعی}, url = {https://jurbangeo.ut.ac.ir/article_83059.html}, eprint = {https://jurbangeo.ut.ac.ir/article_83059_e9409c5e46a9a470d7af75d22b1b397f.pdf} }
