تراکم ساختمانی به‌منزلة نسبت سطح زیربنای ساختمان (در تمام طبقات) به مساحت قطعة زمین مسکونی، موضوع مهمی در برنامه‌ریزی شهری و مدیریت زمین است. امروزه به‌دلیل کمبود منابع و برای کاهش هزینه‌های توسعة شهری، همچنین ارائة خدمات مطلوب‌تر و اقتصادی‌تر، به متراکم‌شدن جمعیت و به‌تبع آن افزایش تراکم ساختمانی توجه بیشتری شده است. هدف پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر، بررسی تحلیل فضایی فرم شهر بابل براساس تراکم ساختمانی است. براساس نتایج، توزیع الگوی تراکم در سطح شهر یکنواخت نیست و به‌صورت هسته‌هایی مشخص در بخش‌های مختلفی از شهر قرار دارد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که تراکم ساختمانی در مناطق 2، 3 و 6 بیشتر، و در مناطق 4، 11 و 22 کمتر است. مطابق تحلیل رگرسیون وزنی رابطة تراکم جمعیت با تراکم ساختمانی، تراکم جمعیت در مناطق 5، 15، 17 و 18 هم‌بستگی بالایی با تراکم ساختمانی دارد. شاخص موران برای تراکم ساختمانی 455/0، و برای تراکم جمعیت 536/0 به‌دست آمد که نشان‌دهندة الگوی خوشه‌ای در شهر بابل است. براساس تحلیل لکه‌های داغ، تراکم مناطق 2، 3، 5، 6، 14 و 16 (مناطق جدید شهر) از سایر مناطق شهر بیشتر است. تحلیل هم‌بستگی نشان‌دهندة رابطه‌ای معکوس میان فاصله از مرکز شهر و انواع تراکم است؛ به‌نوعی که ضریب هم‌بستگی فاصله از مرکز با تراکم ساختمانی 495/0-، با تراکم مسکونی 292/0- و با تراکم جمعیتی 328/0- است. همچنین در کل محله‌ها رابطة میان تراکم ساختمانی و تراکم مسکونی مستقیم است، اما تراکم ساختمانی و تراکم جمعیتی رابطه‌ای غیرمستقیم دارند. براساس نمودار نیم­رخ تراکمی، اوج تراکم ساختمانی در فاصلة 1800 متر، و اوج تراکم جمعیتی در فاصلة 2600 متر از مرکز شهر است. با بررسی روند تغییرات تراکمی در مناطق بیست­ودو‌گانة شهر بابل مشخص شد تراکم ساختمانی و جمعیتی روند متفاوتی درپیش گرفته‌اند؛ تا آنجا که همسونبودن آن‌ها، تعادل را در ساختار فضایی شهر از بین برده است.

در دهه‌های اخیر در بسیاری از شهرهای جهان، تلاش‌هایی برای بهبود شرایط زندگی در بافت مرکزی صورت گرفته است. یکی از رویکردهای کارآمد در این زمینه، پیاده‌راه‌سازی است که به‌عنوان پروژه‌ای توسعه‌ای، نیازمند بررسی و تحلیل از ابعاد مختلف است؛ بنابراین، ارزیابی تأثیرات اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی پیاده‌راه‌ها، یاری‌کنندة برنامه‌ریزان و مدیران شهری برای تهیه و اجرای منطقی و صحیح این پروژه‌هاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی تأثیر‌پذیری اجتماعی شهروندان از پیاده‌راه خیام جنوبی شهر ارومیه در بافت قدیمی و مرکزی است. روش پژوهش، ارزیابی پس از اجراست که در چارچوب روش‌های تحلیلی قرار دارد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از روش‌های اسنادی و پیمایشی استفاده ‌شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار G Power با احتمال برگشت‌ناپذیری، با توجه به نامشخص‌بودن تعداد مراجعه‌کنندگان به پیاده‌راه و با درنظرگرفتن جمعیت حوزة فراگیر، 300 نفر برآورد شد. انتخاب نمونه­ها به­شیوة نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انجام گرفت و تحلیل داده‌ها با مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرم­افزار لیزرل انجام شد. براساس نتایج تحلیل تأثیرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم هریک از شاخص‌ها و متغیرها، شاخص‌های عدالت اجتماعی، سرمایة اجتماعی و ایمنی و امنیت در پیاده‌راه خیام جنوبی، با کمبودها و موانع زیادی مواجه‌ است، اما شاخص‌های تعاملات اجتماعی، هویت شهروندی و مشارکت شهروندان وضعیت نسبتاً مناسبی دارد. به‌ عبارت دیگر، تأثیرات اجتماعی پیاده‌راه خیام در زمینة مشارکت و ارتقای تعاملات اجتماعی بر شهروندان مثبت است.

مدیریت مخاطرات در برنامه‌ریزی شهری اهمیت و جایگاه ویژه‌ای در کاهش حجم آسیب‌های طبیعی و تلفات انسانی دارد. ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری شهرها در برابر این مخاطرات به‌عنوان عوامل تعیین‌کنندة میزان خطر می‌تواند از ابعاد مختلف، به کاهش خسارات کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی ناشی از وقوع چنین حوادثی منجر شود. مطالعة حاضر با هدف ارائة راهکارهایی برای کاهش آسیب‌پذیری بافت مسکونی منطقة 6 تهران در برابر زلزله، در دو مرحله صورت گرفت. در مرحلة اول، بافت مسکونی از ابعاد آسیب‌پذیری (بنا، سکونتگاه، فیزیکی، اجتماعی و انسانی) بررسی شد. جامعة آماری این مرحله، سرپرستان خانوارهای منطقة 6 هستند که درمجموع 331 خانوار به نسبت ساختمان‌های مسکونی، با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی از محله‌های منطقة یادشده انتخاب و بررسی شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در این مطالعه پرسشنامه است که روایی آن به کمک استادان و کارشناسان تأیید شد. پایایی مقیاس‌های آن 682/0 و 792/0 به‌دست آمد و محاسبه و تأیید شد. ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری با تکنیک‌های فازی، و ارزیابی فضایی با تحلیل‌های فضایی میان‌یابی (کریجینگ) صورت گرفت. درنهایت، با استفاده از روش FUZZY AHP، میزان اهمیت عوامل به‌کاررفته تعیین، و میزان کل آسیب‌پذیری منطقه در پنج بعد آسیب‌پذیری مشخص شد. براساس نتایج پهنه‌بندی آسیب‌پذیری کل، محله‌های امیرآباد، نصرت، قزل‌قلعه، دانشگاه تهران و پارک لاله آسیب‌پذیری کم (6/0-73/0) و محله‌های شریعتی، آرژانتین-ساعی، بهجت‌آباد و گاندی آسیب‌پذیری متوسطی دارند (4/0- 6/0). یافته‌های پژوهش در مرحلة دوم نشان‌دهندة قوت‌ها، ضعف‌ها، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهاست. 22 کارشناس و استاد صاحب‌نظر، پرسشنامة این مرحله را مدنظر قرار دادند. درنهایت، با استفاده از مدل SWOT راهکارهای کاهش آسیب‌پذیری در منطقه ارائه ‌شد. براساس نتایج پژوهش نیز راهبردهای تهاجمی مهم‌ترین راهبردهای شناسایی‌شده هستند.

هدف مطالعة حاضر، ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات مدیریت شهری در مناطق حاشیه‌نشین شهری است. این پژوهش با استفاده از مدل سروکوال انجام گرفت و در آن، به این پرسش پاسخ داده شد که آیا عملکرد مدیریت شهری در محدودة مورد مطالعه براساس مدل سروکوال در قالب پنج بعد محسوسات، قابلیت اطمینان، اعتماد، پاسخگویی و همدلی ‌موفق عمل کرده است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی است و در سال 1396 در محلة اسلام‌آباد شهر کرج انجام شد. جامعة آماری این مطالعه شامل تمامی ساکنان محدودة مذکور است و حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 328 نفر به‌دست آمد. ابزار اصلی این پژوهش، پرسشنامة مبنی‌بر مدل سروکوال است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به‌وسیلة نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS انجام شد و براساس نوع متغیرهای پژوهش، از روش‌های آمار ناپارامتریک استفاده شد. به‌منظور سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به‌کار رفت. ضریب مورد محاسبه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS، 72/0 به‌دست ‌آمد که نشانگر روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه‌هاست. همچنین در تحلیل‌های آماری، از آزمون‌های ناپارامتریک، ویلکاکسون، فریدمن و آزمون T استفاده شد. براساس نتایج، میان سطح رضایتمندی افراد مورد مطالعه و ویژگی‌های فردی، تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود دارد که این امر بر احساس رضایت آن‌ها از کیفیت خدمات شهری بسیار تأثیرگذار است. همچنین افزایش سطح سواد شهروندان، سطح انتظارات آن‌ها را افزایش داده است. در تمامی ابعاد کیفیت خدمات، میان انتظارات و ادراک­های پاسخگویان شکاف وجود دارد. شکاف موجود در بعد پاسخگویی (33/3-) نشان می‌دهد شهروندان برای انتقال نظرات و پیشنهادهای خود دربارة مسائل مختلف عمرانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در سطح محله‌های شهری، همچنین انتقاد از این مقوله‌ها دسترسی آسانی به مدیریت شهری ندارند. در ابعاد ضمانت که به عواملی از قبیل ایجاد اطمینان در میان شهروندان مربوط است، انتظارات آن‌ها کمتر برآورده می‌شود و تأثیر این عوامل احتمالی برای بیان شکاف انتظارات ادراک­های پاسخگویان کاملاً مشهود است.

پارک‌‌ها و فضای سبز شهری از مهم‌‌ترین عوامل مؤثر در شکل‌‌دهی پایداری اجتماعی هستند و یکی از شاخص‌‌های توسعه‌‌یافتگی جوامع محسوب می‌‌شوند. زمانی می‌‌توان از این فضاها استفادة مطلوب کرد که فرد در آن احساس امنیت و آرامش کند. نابرابری در کیفیت طراحی، خدمات‌‌رسانی و امکانات این مکان‌‌ها، سبب مطلوب‌‌نبودن آن می‌شود؛ بنابراین، در پژوهش حاضر بررسی تطبیقی سطح امنیت در پارک‌‌های شهری با رویکرد عدالت فضایی صورت گرفت. محدودة مورد مطالعه پارک‌‌های ملت و کوه‌‌سنگی شهر مشهد در مناطق توسعه‌‌یافتة شهر، و پارک‌‌های وحدت و رجا در مناطق کمتر توسعه‌یافته هستند. در پژوهش کاربردی و توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر، اطلاعات به دو روش کتابخانه‌‌ای و میدانی جمع‌‌آوری شده است. برای سنجش سطح امنیت، 22 معیار با نظر متخصصان تعیین شد. وزن‌‌دهی معیارها نیز با مدل تحلیل سلسله‌‌مراتبی و به‌‌کارگیری دیدگاه‌‌های متخصصان صورت گرفت. به‌ منظور رتبه‌‌دهی پارک‌ها از روش تحلیل رابطة خاکستری استفاده، و اطلاعات اولیه با پرسشنامه‌هاستخراج شد. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 384 پرسشنامه به‌‌دست آمد، اما برای اطمینان بیشتر 400 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد. براساس یافته‌‌های پژوهش، وضعیت امنیت در پارک‌‌‌‌های واقع در مناطق توسعه‌یافتة شهر مشهد از مناطق کمتر توسعه‌یافته مناسب‌‌تر است؛ به‌طوری‌که پارک ملت در توسعه‌‌یافته‌‌ترین سطح، و پارک وحدت در پایین‌‌ترین سطح توسعه قرار دارند.

نشانه‌شناسی شهری و توجه به معنا و تأثیرات آن بر کاربران فضا از رویکردهای نوینی است که به‌تازگی در مطالعات شهری کاربرد یافته است. بررسی عوامل نشانگی که هم‌زمان وجوه مختلف معنایی، عملکردی و احساسی را در شکل‌دهی فضای ادراکی درنظر می‌گیرد، می‌تواند گامی برای معنابخشی به فضا و ایجاد حس مکان-حس د‌ل‌بستگی در مخاطب باشد. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی-تحلیلی-هم‌بستگی، و از نوع پژوهش‌های شناختی است که با پیمایش میدانی، تحلیل محتوا، مصاحبة توأم با پرسشنامه و تحلیل نقشه‌نگاری ذهنی صورت گرفت. یافته‌های این مطالعه بیانگر روابط درونی میان نشانه‌ها و ادراک معنادار شهروندان است؛ تا آنجا که خود را با آن بازمی‌شناسند. نشانه‌هایی که با ویژگی‌‌‌‌‌هایی مانند «قرارگیری در بافت تاریخی»، «داشتن تمایز فرمی از پیرامون»، «داشتن کاربری مذهبی-تجاری» و عملکردهایی از قبیل «المان شهری» همراه هستند، در نقشه‌‌‌‌‌های ذهنی مردم سنندج اهمیت بیشتری دارند. در میان عوامل مهم دل‌‌‌‌‌بستگی به مکان، در نشانة مسجد جامع (دارالاحسان) و پارک آبیدر، مؤلفة دل‌‌‌‌‌بستگی معنایی، و در نشانة میدان آزادی و بازار آصف مؤلفة دل‌‌‌‌‌بستگی بیشترین میانگین را دارند. درمجموع با توجه به مقدار میانگین تفاوت‌‌‌‌‌ها در 10 نشانة برتر، نقش عامل معنایی از دو عامل عملکردی و احساسی در ارتقای دل‌‌‌‌‌بستگی به مکان در سطح شهر سنندج قوی‌‌‌‌‌تر است؛ بنابراین، طراحان و برنامه‌‌‌‌‌ریزان شهری می‌‌‌‌‌توانند تغییرات و طراحی محیط را با توجه به عناصر حاوی بارهای معنایی در زندگی شخصی و جمعی افراد انجام دهند و امکان دل‌‌‌‌‌بستگی به مکان را فراهم کنند.

تحلیل الگوهای فضایی فرسودگی و بررسی روابط فضایی میان فرسودگی و عوامل مؤثر آن، بسیار تأثیرگذار و قابل‌توجه است؛ زیرا به درک بهتر عوامل مؤثر و بهبود عملکرد مدیریت نوسازی شهری می‌انجامد. بدین‌منظور، پژوهش حاضر با روش‌های آمار فضایی به تحلیل الگوی فرسودگی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن پرداخته است. نتایج حاصل از کاربرد شاخص موران دربارة توزیع فضایی فرسودگی این ضریب مثبت، و 314/0 است و خوشه‌ای‌بودن توزیع فضایی فرسودگی را نشان می‌دهد. با توجه به اینکه با شاخص موران نمی‌توان انواع طبقه‌بندی الگوهای فضایی را شناسایی کرد، تحلیل آمارة عمومی G می‌تواند برای این منظور کارساز باشد. براساس نتایج تحلیل آماری، محله‌هایی با فرسودگی زیاد کنار هم قرار دارند و از روند خوشه‌ای با تمرکز بالا برخوردارند. خوشه‌های خیلی گرم حدود 29/6 درصد از مساحت محدودة فرسوده را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند و 5 محله را شامل می‌شوند. همچنین در این پژوهش، عوامل مؤثر بر فرسودگی با روش رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی (GWR) بررسی شد که در آن میزان فرسودگی به‌عنوان متغیر وابسته، و شاخص‌های کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی به‌عنوان متغیرهای مستقل درنظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد مدل مورد نظر با ‌ برابر 92/0، و تعدیل‌شده برابر 84/0 است که دقت قابل‌قبولی را در مدل‌سازی روابط فضایی عوامل مؤثر بر فرسودگی شهری نشان می‌دهد. همچنین خودهم‌بستگی برآوردشده در مقادیر باقی‌مانده و حاصل مدل رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی با استفاده از آمارة موران I (Moranʼs I) بیانگر عدم خودهم‌بستگی معنا‌دار است. مطابق نتایج میزان تأثیرگذاری هریک از شاخص‌ها بر فرسودگی، متغیرهای نفوذناپذیری، ریزدانگی، کیفیت زیرساخت‌ها، بار تکفل، مالکیت استیجاری و قیمت زمین، اثری افزایشی بر فرسودگی دارند؛ از این‌رو می‌توان این یافته‌ها را پایه‌ای علمی برای سیاست‌گذاری به‌منظور کاهش فرسودگی و آثار آن دانست.

پژوهش حاضر کمی، و پیمایشی مقطعی است که هدف آن ارتقای سلامت جسمانی و روان‌شناختی بانوان شهر مشهد با تأکید بر برنامه‌ریزی شهری و بهره‌گیری از ویتامین G است. همچنین به توصیف شرایط در مقطعی از زمان می‌پردازد. با مطالعة سابقة موضوع، ارتباط میان فضای سبز، فعالیت بدنی، سلامت جسمانی و روان‌شناختی مشخص شد. رسم مدل پژوهش نیز بر این مبنا صورت گرفت که هریک از این ابعاد متغیر پنهان هستند. برای برازش متغیرهای پنهان از مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار آموس استفاده شد و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه صورت گرفت. حجم نمونه 400 نفر از بانوان مشهد هستند. نخستین عامل فوت بانوان این شهر در سال 1392، بیماری‌های گردش خون بود؛ بنابراین، برای تعیین محله‌های مناسب و پرکردن پرسشنامه، آدرس محل سکونت افراد فوت‌شده (1680 آدرس به‌صورت کامل) در GIS نقطه‌گذاری شد. همچنین توزیع فضایی به‌دست‌آمده با نقشة منطقه‌بندی درآمدی مشهد روی‌ هم قرار گرفت و درنهایت 9 محله انتخاب شد. براساس شاخص‌های RMSEA و کای‌اسکوئر، مدل طراحی‌شده بر داده‌های حاصل از جامعة مورد مطالعه منطبق است. همچنین تأثیرگذاری فضای سبز بر فعالیت بدنی، فعالیت بدنی بر سلامت جسمانی و روان‌شناختی و سلامت روان‌شناختی بر سلامت جسمانی تأیید شده است که در ارتباط با ابعاد تشکیل‌دهندة فضای سبز ابعاد حفاظت و امکانات بیشترین اثرگذاری را دارند.

منطقة 12 به‌عنوان قلب تهران اتکای زیادی به سیستم حمل‌ونقل عمومی دارد. راه‌اندازی خطوط حمل‌ونقل همگانی جدید در حالیرخ داده که سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی کنونی متناسب با آن تغییر نکرده و ضروری است این سیستم بازنگری شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مهم‌ترین اقدامات ممکن برای بازنگری سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی و بررسی آثار این سیاست در بهبود شاخص‌های ابعاد حمل‌ونقل، زیست‌محیطی-کالبدی، و اجتماعی-فرهنگی در منطقه است. در ابتدا، مهم‌ترین راهکارهای عملی در راستای این سیاست با تکنیک دلفی معرفی شد. سپس با استفاده از آزمون کای‌اسکوئر، تأیید ارتباط معنادار میان شاخص‌های پژوهش صورت گرفت. پس از آن، با به‌کارگیری آزمون میانگین رتبه‌ای فریدمن، شاخص‌های سه بعد حمل‌ونقل، زیست‌محیطی-کالبدی و اجتماعی-فرهنگی رتبه‌بندی شدند. براساس نتایج، ابعاد اجتماعی-فرهنگی، حمل‌ونقل و کالبدی-زیست‌محیطی به‌ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را از سیاست بازنگری سیستم می‌پذیرند. بررسی معایب و موانع طرح از نظر متخصصان نشان داد لزوم هماهنگی با سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی سایر مناطق مجاور و افزایش تعداد سفر، مهم‌ترین معایب این طرح است. درحالی‌که مهم‌ترین موانع اجرای طرح شامل تداخل وظایف نهادهای تصمیم‌گیر، و نبود نیروی متخصص محسوب می‌شود. در ادامه، پتانسیل اجرایی هرکدام از اقدامات سه‌گانة طرح از نظر متخصصان آزموده شد. براین‌اساس، مکان‌یابی هاب‌های انتقال مسافر در مرزهای منطقه، بالاترین پتانسیل اجرایی را دارد.

بخش مرکزی شهر قم به‌دلیل وجود حرم حضرت معصومه (س)، علاوه‌بر محل سکونت جمعیت زیاد و متراکم، روزانه پذیرای زائران زیادی است؛ از این‌رو تبدیل برخی خیابان‌های منتهی به حرم به خیابان‌های پیاده‌مدار می‌تواند احساس امنیت، ایمنی و تعامل اجتماعی را افزایش دهد و سبب تقویت حس معنوی عابران شود. براین‌اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف امکان‌سنجی قابلیت پیاده‌مداری خیابان‌های بخش مرکزی (منطقة 7) شهر قم مبنی‌بر روش چیدمان فضا صورت گرفت.پس از مطالعة مبانی نظری و ادبیات پژوهش، از چهار شاخص مهم و تأثیرگذار بر پیاده‌مداری و حرکت پیاده، یعنی «پیکره‌بندی فضایی»، «نفوذپذیری»، «دید و منظر» و «کاربری زمین­شهری» استفاده ‌شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی و کاربری است که داده‌ها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن با روش میدانی و اسنادی گردآوری ‌شده‌ است. برای تهیه، ترسیم و تجزیه‌ و تحلیل این داده‌ها و اطلاعات، از مدل‌ها، روش‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای مختلفی استفاده شده است. از جمله نرم‌افزار UCL Depthmap10، AutoCAD، ArcGIS، Excel، مدل آنتروپی‌شانون برای وزن‌دهی به شاخص‌ها، و مدل VIKOR برای رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌ها. براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، مؤلفه‌های پیکره‌بندی فضایی از جمله هم‌پیوندی کلان، هم‌پیوندی محلی، میزان عمق، تعداد اتصال، خوانایی خیابان‌ها، میزان کنترل، میزان انتخاب و قابلیت دسترسی فضایی از عوامل مهم و تعیین‌کنندة پیاده‌مداری فضاهای شهری و حرکت پیاده است و تأثیر بسزایی بر قابلیت پیاده‌مداری خیابان‌ها در بخش مرکزی (منطقة 7) شهر قم دارد. همچنین نتایج و یافته‌های مدل ویکور به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی خیابان‌ها براساس شاخص‌های انتخابی نشان می‌دهد خیابان انقلاب از نظر قابلیت پیاده‌مداری در اولویت اول قرار دارد. از این نظر خیابان ارم در اولویت دوم، خیابان‌های 19 دی (باجک) و طالقانی به‌ترتیب در اولویت سوم و چهارم و خیابان امام‌خمینی در اولویت آخر قرار دارند.
