Location Ranking of chain stores in district 3 of RASHT Abstract: Assessing and ranking the perfect place to build the chain stores, reduce the cost of travel within the city and saving time and reducing traffic volumes for citizens. The purpose of this study is ranking of chain stores situation in district 3 of Rasht city with using TOPSIS-AHP methods. In this study, in order to establish a chain stores in district 3 of rasht,11 indicators were developed. The criteria and sub-criteria weight was calculated in AHP model and using the Expert Choice software. In the final stage with using TOPSIS ideal solution, ten selected points in district 3 were rated. Based on research findings, Valiasr place obtain final score 0.615 and Shalkoo winning the final score 0.156, respectively, were ranked first and the last. The results indicate that, this method can help planners to locate chain stores and its key objectives and delivering to superior designs. Key words: Chain stores, Locating, TOPSIS, AHP, Rasht.
