In recent decades, with the increase of natural and human risks and disasters and their widespread consequences, the need to improve the resilience of societies has become more important and has become an important field in the field of crisis management. In this regard, one of the important dimensions of resilience and crisis management in urban contexts is the physical dimensions of resilience, which systematically evaluates the elements and physical structure of the context. In this research, the historical context of Shiraz city has been examined with the descriptive-analytical research method and using the case analysis method with library and documentary data collection and Delphi questionnaire. This research aims to answer these questions: 1. What are the effective indicators in making the physical-spatial dimension of urban tissues resilient against natural hazards? 2. Based on these indicators, what was the historical context of Shiraz in facing natural hazards (especially earthquakes)? Also, concepts related to the questions raised have been examined. In this research, using the Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis Model (FAHP) and the Delphi method, the opinions of 15 experts familiar with the region were used, and with the help of Arc Gis and Expert Choice software, different levels of resilience were evaluated in the historical context of Shiraz city by evaluating Ten indicators such as structure type, number of floors, grading, building age, permeability, building quality, land use, accessibility to medical and emergency centers, accessibility to open and green urban spaces, and mix of uses have been discussed.
