This paper aims at investigating the Paul Davidoff’s approach to advocacy planning as one of the first intellectual foundations of social and cultural issues proposals in the field of urban planning with reference to the development of urban planning theories.This study library, field studies, interviews and questionnaires, and the answers to these questions: Advocacy planning in the evolution of urban planning theories and principles of how a place has and what the requirements are?
